Senior Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee all phases of projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints.

• Develop, communicate, and execute operational project strategies.

• Track progress and performance in accordance with project plans.

• Address operational issues and reduce delays effectively.

• Identify, cultivate, and assemble project resources.

• Create designs and work specifications.

• Formulate project timelines, budgets, and forecasts.

• Choose materials, equipment, project personnel, and external contractors.

• Obtain specialized resources and contributions from operational departments.

• Facilitate meetings and compile project status updates.

• Establish priorities, delegate tasks, and coordinate project personnel to achieve targets and milestones.

• Influence departmental strategy.

• Make decisions concerning technical approaches for various project elements.

• Execute tasks independently with significant discretion in setting objectives and methods.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in both traditional and Agile project management methodologies.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience leading complex projects or programs.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Capability to manage conflicting priorities and achieve results in a matrixed environment.

• Enthusiasm for contributing to an organization dedicated to enhancing consumer experiences.

• Preferred experience across various business sectors, technical teams, vendors, and leadership stakeholders.

• Project management certification such as PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent is preferred.

• Training in Agile, Lean, Six Sigma, change management, or process improvement is advantageous.
