Senior Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +41 more states.

📋 Description

• Lead and execute development projects and campaign initiatives that encompass strategy, creative, technology, production, digital, and media.

• Organize and prioritize deliverables and resources across various projects in collaboration with creative, strategy, and technology teams.

• Act as the central point of contact for delivery across multiple workstreams while monitoring daily project activities.

• Collaborate effectively with team members in respective disciplines.

• Utilize Asana, Jira, and Coda for project management tasks.

• Function as a client-facing project manager to foster strong client relationships.

• Provide updates on project statuses both internally and externally.

• Oversee deliverable requirements, change management, and risk management processes.

• Manage several digital campaign projects concurrently.

• Develop and communicate project timelines to ensure timely launches.

• Ensure projects achieve their objectives while adhering to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

• Monitor risks and potential scope creep, identifying issues and proactively crafting solutions.

• Recognize client needs and align approaches and solutions to meet objectives and future requirements.

• Manage client expectations, deliver exceptional service, and respond to client feedback effectively.

• Document project status and strategic recommendations, escalating issues through the appropriate channels.

• Identify opportunities for improvement and adhere to project management methodologies and processes.

• Collaborate with resource management to allocate teams responsibly and within budget.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in managing multiple interactive projects from initial discovery and design to technical development and implementation.

• Demonstrated experience in managing budgets, burn reports, and drafting Statements of Work (SOWs).

• Experience in a management or mentorship role.

• Previous experience in an agency environment.

• Familiarity with creative project management.

• Capability to manage projects autonomously from start to finish.

• Experience working with agile methodologies.

• Background in team management, task allocation, and prioritization.

• Understanding of team composition based on project roles and skills.

• Proficient in using Asana, Jira, and Coda.

• Familiarity with Figma is a plus.

• Must be able to work remotely within the United States.
