Senior Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the complete delivery process for implementations, cloud migrations, and operational projects focused on high-revenue enterprise clients.

• Manage project planning, budgeting, and time tracking while providing regular status updates directly to executives.

• Develop and oversee standard procedures for Professional Services engagements in close collaboration with other internal teams.

• Facilitate coordination among engineering, technical support, and security teams to ensure accountability.

• Serve as the main conduit between technical teams and clients, translating technical challenges and operational milestones into clear, actionable updates for clients.

• Proactively identify technical and operational bottlenecks and act as the primary point of contact and escalation pathway for clients.

• Create, monitor, and maintain scalable project workflows to ensure visibility for both internal teams and clients.

• Ensure that project activities and technical transitions comply with healthcare regulations and security standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• 7 to 10+ years of focused project management experience.

• Prior hands-on experience in IT operations, systems administration, cloud infrastructure, or engineering.

• Required experience in utilizing the Atlassian software platform (Jira, Confluence, and Jira Service Management) for project tracking, workflow configuration, and documentation.

• Proven history of managing extensive project portfolios and successfully delivering enterprise projects within highly regulated environments.

• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Ability to work independently.

• Strong critical thinking abilities.

• PMP Certification – Preferred.
