Senior Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +5 more states.

📋 Description

• Spearhead strategic operational, commercial, and digital projects.

• Establish project scope, objectives, business cases, plans, budgets, and metrics for success.

• Oversee milestones, resources, dependencies, risks, issues, and decision-making processes.

• Direct project governance, steering committees, executive reporting, and escalations.

• Collaborate with teams across Operations, Supply Chain, Planning, Logistics, Quality, Customer Service, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Finance, and IT.

• Execute operational projects including manufacturing enhancements, S&OP, supply chain optimization, inventory reduction, automation, and process standardization.

• Implement commercial projects such as CRM, customer experience, quote-to-order processes, pricing strategies, sales effectiveness, forecasting, and go-to-market enhancements.

• Integrate ERP, CRM, analytics, automation, and AI initiatives with business outcomes.

• Lead change management efforts, including communication, readiness, training coordination, and adoption strategies.

• Monitor schedule, budget, benefits, productivity, service, customer engagement, revenue, and adoption metrics.

• Utilize PMO standards to support data-driven decisions and document lessons learned.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree is mandatory.

• At least seven years of experience in project or program management.

• Proven experience in leading intricate, cross-functional transformation initiatives.

• Preferred background in Operations or Commercial management.

• Certifications in PMP, Lean Six Sigma, Agile, or change management are advantageous.

• Proficient in project planning, governance, risk management, financial tracking, and benefits realization.

• Strong skills in cross-functional leadership, facilitation, negotiation, and stakeholder management.

• Capability to translate strategy and business requirements into actionable plans and measurable results.

• A solid understanding of operational and commercial business principles.

• Excellent prioritization, problem-solving, communication, and executive presentation abilities.

• Familiarity with project management, ERP, CRM, analytics, and collaboration tools.

• Must be able to sit for prolonged periods.

• Willingness to travel by vehicle or air as required by business needs.

• Light physical work, including lifting objects up to 20 pounds.
