Senior Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Assist in defining and maintaining the roadmap for products that are being developed concurrently.

• Aid in strategizing the coordinated rollout of software releases.

• Organize release schedules for deployment.

• Contribute to the prioritization of the product backlog.

• Support Caixa coordinators with project planning, execution, and oversight.

• Monitor sprint progress, ensuring commitments are fulfilled on schedule, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

• Utilize project management principles, skills, tools, and techniques to meet requirements and deliver final results.

• Maintain objectivity when defining and assessing work, ensuring that the entire team engages in collaboratively creating plans.

• Enhance the product to satisfy the expectations of both the business manager and the client.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Systems Analysis, Computer Science, Data Processing, Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field in Information Technology.

• Alternatively, a completed Bachelor's degree in any discipline along with a specialization in Information Technology.

• Experience in the application domain and software development.

• Proficiency in risk analysis and management, estimation, planning, and decision analysis.

• Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.

• Demonstrated leadership capability and the ability to cultivate team spirit.

• Effective time management and triage skills.

• Proven ability to make sound decisions swiftly in high-pressure environments.

• Excellent interpersonal skills and good judgment in personnel selection.

• Familiarity with project management principles.

• Understanding of Project Model Canvas.
