RPA Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee the RPA project portfolio, monitoring timelines, deliverables, risks, dependencies, and priorities.

• Manage multiple projects concurrently.

• Plan project initiatives, establish milestones, track activities, and oversee team capacity.

• Collaborate directly with both domestic and international clients and stakeholders.

• Facilitate kickoff meetings, prepare status reports, conduct steering committees, and lead executive meetings.

• Ensure that requirements, project scope, and acceptance criteria are explicitly defined.

• Monitor the Discovery, development, testing, UAT, deployment, and hypercare phases.

• Identify risks, obstacles, and deviations, and create as well as monitor action plans accordingly.

• Manage scope alterations and assess their impacts on timelines, effort, and resources.

• Track project metrics, productivity levels, team utilization, and compliance with SLAs.

• Ensure effective communication among business units, technical teams, infrastructure, security, and various stakeholders.

• Assist in prioritizing the automation backlog.

• Maintain precise project documentation, including PDDs, SDDs, project plans, test evidence, and deployment records.

• Support effort estimations, resource allocation, and team assembly.

• Monitor support and enhancement requests post-deployment.

• Advocate for best practices, governance, and standardization throughout the automation development lifecycle.

• Compile management and executive reports on portfolio status, risks, capacity, and performance metrics.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in managing RPA, automation, or digital transformation projects.

• Familiarity with the entire RPA project lifecycle, from Discovery through deployment and post-support.

• Proficient in RPA tools such as UiPath, Blue Prism, Power Automate, Automation Anywhere, or equivalent platforms.

• Fluent in English, capable of leading meetings, presentations, and negotiations with international clients.

• Proven experience in managing multiple projects at once.

• Experience in leading multidisciplinary teams.

• Understanding of agile methodologies like Scrum and Kanban, alongside traditional project management approaches.

• Strong skills in organization, prioritization, and conflict management.

• Excellent communication skills with a focus on building client and stakeholder relationships.

• Ability to identify risks, make informed decisions, and implement action plans.

• Experience with project and backlog management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Monday, ServiceNow, or similar platforms.

• Knowledgeable in project metrics, KPIs, SLAs, capacity management, and financial tracking.

• Certifications like PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, SAFe, or similar qualifications are advantageous.

• RPA platform certifications or practical experience are beneficial.

• Experience with RPA Center of Excellence (CoE) structures is a plus.

• Background in projects involving AI, OCR/IDP, BPM, APIs, Power Platform, or GenAI is an advantage.

• Experience managing global projects with teams spread across different countries and time zones is a valuable asset.

• Familiarity with project financial management, forecasting, budgeting, margin management, and resource allocation is a plus.
