Senior Project Consultant – APAC, Project Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with the key account clients of Pureprofile.

• Oversee and manage the complete campaign delivery process for a portfolio of high-value clients.

• Exhibit proactive client engagement and establish a reputation for delivering reliable and flawlessly executed projects on time and within budget.

• Contribute to team process enhancements.

• Optimize Salesforce processes to enable the team to operate more efficiently and consistently.

• Assist with auditing for accreditation purposes.

• Collaborate with others in the organization to improve the delivery team’s offerings and services.

• Identify systemic issues for review and ongoing improvement.

• Support the sales team by participating in meetings with key account clients and advising on optimal operational practices.

• Manage the entire project operations and delivery with end clients and internal cross-functional teams.

• Receive and clarify client project briefs and tasks.

• Organize kick-off calls and update project specifications in statements of work.

• Review survey questionnaires focusing on design and user experience, including mobile optimization, and consult on best practices.

• Script/program surveys in Decipher when a locally based programmer is necessary.

• Assist with programming queries for key clients prior to the scripting team coming online.

• Proactively manage internal and external stakeholders.

• Make decisions regarding external suppliers, costs, and commissioning.

• Manage samples, quotas, and fulfillment.

• Conduct data and quality assurance checks.

• Generate data and reports.

• Ensure compliance with best practices.

• Assist with onboarding and training.

• Accurately document and update detailed project briefs and specifications in Salesforce.

• Create and update daily progress reports and solutions.

• Invoice based on completed project specifications and company processes.

• Document all project details in accordance with required accreditations and policies.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in a Project Manager/Account Management role or equivalent.

• Demonstrated ability to manage a high volume of complex projects to a high standard simultaneously.

• Experience within the Australian Market Research industry.

• Proficient with survey programming in Decipher Focus Vision at an intermediate level or above.

• Proven experience and excellence in panel solutions, delivery, and operational accountability.

• Must be available during Australian business hours.

• Must reside in the Philippines.
