Project Manager – APAC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Assist in project operations and delivery by collaborating directly with end clients and internal cross-functional teams.

• Support the lead project consultant with comprehensive deliverables across various project types.

• Independently oversee the complete delivery process for low-risk projects, which includes conducting polls and incidence checks.

• Manage the delivery of top-up and competitor client opportunities that have been won.

• Comprehend and assist with client project briefs and assigned tasks.

• Take part in both internal and external kick-off meetings.

• Evaluate survey questionnaires for design and user experience, ensuring mobile optimization.

• Provide basic scripting and programming support as needed.

• Proactively manage relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

• Assist with managing samples, quotas, and fulfilment processes.

• Perform data quality assurance checks and validate results.

• Generate data analyses and reports.

• Safeguard the consumer experience while adhering to best practices.

• Document and update project briefs and specifications within Salesforce.

• Create and maintain daily progress reports and proposed solutions.

• Record project details according to necessary accreditations and policies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in project management within the market research industry.

• Demonstrated capability to manage over 10 projects to a high standard simultaneously.

• Proactive approach to task management and problem-solving.

• Experience in task allocation and management.

• Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.

• Willingness to work during Australian shift hours.

• Acknowledgment that occasional after-hours and weekend support may be required.
