Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Assist in defining and maintaining product roadmaps for concurrently developed products.

• Contribute to the strategy for the phased rollout of software releases.

• Plan and manage release deliveries for deployment.

• Aid in the prioritization of the product backlog.

• Support Caixa coordinators in the planning, execution, and oversight of projects.

• Track sprint progress, ensuring commitments regarding schedule, cost, and quality are met.

• Utilize project management knowledge, skills, tools, and techniques to fulfill requirements and achieve results.

• Enhance the product to align with the expectations of business stakeholders and clients.

• Define and objectively evaluate the work, ensuring team participation in the co-creation of plans.

⛳️ Requirements

• Significant experience in managing IT projects.

• Proficiency in Trello.

• Familiarity with Scrum and Kanban methodologies.

• Currently pursuing a higher education degree in Information Technology, or any higher education degree along with a postgraduate certificate in Information Technology of at least 360 hours.

• Experience with IT projects.

• Background in application domains and software development.

• Skills in risk analysis and management, estimation, planning, and decision analysis.

• Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation abilities.

• Leadership skills with the capability to promote a cohesive team spirit.

• Effective time management and triage skills.

• Proven ability to make sound decisions swiftly in high-pressure situations.

• Strong interpersonal skills and sound judgment in personnel selection.

• Knowledge of project management principles.

• Familiarity with RUM, SAFe, Lean Kanban, Lean Startup, and Project Model Canvas.

• Preferred certifications include PMI-ACP, SAFe Agilist (SA), or PSM, or equivalent.

• Experience with APF and SNAP counting is a plus.
