This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Oversee project-related tasks and resources to guarantee timely delivery, accountability for profit and loss, and customer satisfaction.

• Support the Project Director in structuring project costs within Oracle ERP.

• Engage in and coordinate kickoff meetings with customers, internal teams, and suppliers.

• Create and maintain a project roster while tracking the completion of project-related training.

• Develop and distribute the Project Management Plan, along with associated project plans and procedures.

• Facilitate the execution of project plans and procedures throughout the project team.

• Assist in the development and deployment of project infrastructure and tools.

• Ensure adherence to U.S. export control regulations and other relevant requirements.

• Coordinate project tasks and monitor progress on deliverables.

• Verify that project deliverables meet contract and project specifications.

• Organize and archive project correspondence and records in accordance with the Project Configuration Management Plan.

• Lead the drafting and distribution of project management meeting notes, action item lists, and progress reports.

• Aid the Project Director in planning and executing contracts for the design and construction of new nuclear power plants.

• Carry out other related duties as assigned.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or college with a minimum of 4 years of professional experience in project management, engineering, or business; OR a high school diploma/GED with a minimum of 8 years of relevant professional experience.

• Restricted to U.S. persons, including U.S. citizens, permanent residents, and other protected individuals under the Immigration and Naturalization Act.

• Proof of U.S. person status required prior to employment.

• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

• Capability to obtain authorization for access to U.S. export-controlled information, if required.

• Experience in BWR Operations/Maintenance is highly preferred.

• Experience in training development or training programs is highly desired.

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a STEM field is preferred.

• Fundamental knowledge of financial or accounting principles.

• Familiarity with Boiling Water Reactor (BWR) or Sodium Fast Reactor (SFR) designs.

• Understanding of the power industry, customer base, and competitive landscape.

• Proven ability to support project budget, schedule, and quality goals.

• Knowledge of financial control and its applications.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.

• Demonstrated organizational skills pertinent to project execution.

• Ability to take initiative and work independently.

• Exceptional attention to detail, follow-through, and organizational skills.

• Capability to manage workload under tight deadlines and shifting priorities in a dynamic environment.

• Proven problem analysis and resolution skills.

• Strong process-oriented mindset.

• Training and experience in Lean Six Sigma methodologies.

• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

• Successful completion of a drug screening, as necessary.
