Senior Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Enhance the quality and ensure the seamless execution of key projects.

• Lead one or more mid-sized project management teams by managing specific components of a larger technological initiative.

• Actively participate in project execution.

• Support staffing efforts and supervise assigned personnel by providing guidance and setting deadlines.

• Collaborate with clients, company, and project team leadership.

• Assess and communicate project metrics while suggesting program modifications.

• Elevate the quality of project deliverables throughout all program phases.

• Develop objectives, timelines, program definitions, and budgets.

• Identify and alleviate risks through status updates and project reporting.

• Draft comprehensive Statements of Work (SOWs) for clients and secure stakeholder agreement and approval on the project scope.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of experience managing complex projects, programs, or initiatives throughout the complete project management life cycle.

• Preferably 3 or more years of experience with Medicaid and Medicare.

• Strong expertise in project management methodologies, such as Certified Project Management Professional (PMP).

• Up-to-date knowledge of budget development, control, and assurance techniques, as well as project management software.

• Capability to convert broader program goals into clear and attainable project milestones.

• Leadership skills to train, guide, and mentor junior team members.

• Proficient executive presenter who articulates ideas effectively.

• Innovative problem-solver who excels at creating structure from uncertainty.

• Must be remote-based within the United States.

• Video cameras are required to be used during all interviews and during the first week of orientation.
