This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Enhance the quality and seamless execution of key projects.

• Manage one or more medium-sized project management teams while overseeing smaller components of larger technological initiatives.

• Directly contribute to project outcomes.

• Assist in staffing processes and supervise assigned personnel by providing guidance and setting deadlines.

• Collaborate with clients, company leadership, and project team leaders.

• Evaluate and communicate project metrics, and suggest program modifications.

• Develop objectives, timelines, program definitions, and budgets.

• Identify and address risks through status reporting and project updates.

• Draft comprehensive statements of work for clients.

• Secure stakeholder consensus and approval on the project scope.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 6 years of experience managing complex projects, programs, or initiatives throughout the entire project management lifecycle.

• At least 3 years of experience in Medicaid and PBM is preferred.

• Familiarity with change management processes and NCDP is preferred.

• Strong grasp of project management methodologies, such as Certified Project Management Professional (PMP).

• Contemporary understanding of budget development, control, and assurance methodologies.

• Proficiency with project management software.

• Capability to convert broader program objectives into specific and achievable project milestones.

• Leadership skills to train, mentor, and guide junior team members.

• Excellent executive presentation and communication abilities.

• Innovative problem-solving skills.

• Must reside in the continental United States.

• Ability to adhere to a Central Time schedule.

• Video cameras must be utilized during all interviews and the first week of orientation.
