Senior Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Cultivating relationships with clients and businesses

• Assisting engineering teams, electric distribution networks, and civil engineering expertise

• Spearheading business development initiatives, creating statements of qualifications, and drafting proposed project scopes, schedules, budgets, and fees

• Offering design, management, and technical guidance and oversight for multi-disciplinary design and construction projects

• Organizing and facilitating client team meetings

• Overseeing assigned projects, ensuring responsibility for delivering scope, schedule, budget, quality, safety, and profitability

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 18 years of cumulative engineering or technical experience

• Minimum of 10 years experience as a Project Manager leading and directing projects or portfolios

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field from an accredited institution

• An advanced technical degree or MBA is highly preferred

• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification is desired or a willingness to obtain it

• Proficiency in Deltek is required

• Familiarity with software such as Primavera P6 and Microsoft Office Suite applications
