This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Oversee daily internal operations and the execution of strategic, creative, and medium-to-high complexity projects across multiple brands.
• Manage the complete lifecycle of complex, technical, strategic, and creative projects from initiation to conclusion.
• Create and oversee project timelines, estimates, risk registers, communication plans, burn reports, and change logs.
• Lead the estimation process and define project budget and staffing parameters.
• Coordinate project timeline development with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Facilitate project kickoffs and status meetings.
• Generate, review, and disseminate meeting summaries; guide Account Managers/Supervisors and Marketing Coordinators in crafting actionable recaps.
• Develop financial forecasts in collaboration with AD+ and oversee monthly billing, analysis, and actions with AD+, Finance, and Account teams.
• Assist in the creation and management of annual and project-specific SOWs, program Gantt charts, and change orders.
• Identify, assess, log, communicate, and mitigate risks at both project and program levels.
• Determine project staffing requirements and maintain accurate resource plans in conjunction with resource managers and PCs.
• Resolve conflicts regarding scope, schedule, resources, budget, quality, and communication.
• Ensure that project artifacts like FRD and BRD are documented in enterprise systems such as Workfront and TFS.
• Implement Intouch delivery processes and PMO standards throughout projects.
• Mentor and provide training support for Account Managers/Supervisors and Marketing Coordinators.
• Act as the primary escalation point for Account Managers/Supervisors and Marketing Coordinators.
• Keep the direct manager updated and escalate concerns to leadership as necessary.
• Demonstrate inclusive behaviors and actively manage bias.
• Occasional travel may be required.
• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent education along with relevant professional experience is required.
• Three to five years of experience in a PMO role.
• In-depth knowledge and practical application of PMO standards and processes.
• Proven experience in leading the delivery of complex technology, strategy, and creative projects.
• Capability to develop creative, strategic, or technically focused project plans.
• Ability to adapt and modify processes to effectively facilitate project execution.
• Experience in leading diverse functional teams and project groups.
• Familiarity with project forecasting and reforecasting throughout the project lifecycle.
• Expertise in project and program burn analysis and remediation strategies.
• Proficient in managing scope and change tracking and adherence.
• Comfortable with client-facing communication.
• Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving abilities; adept at anticipating, assessing, and mitigating risks.
• Ability to establish trust, negotiate, and influence decisions among Account teams, SMEs, clients, partner agencies, and third-party vendors.
• Demonstrated ownership and accountability.
• Strong decision-making and implementation capabilities, particularly in uncertain situations.
• Familiarity with project management information systems such as Workfront, Workfront Proof, Smartsheet, and MS Project.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical or advertising sectors is preferred.
• Launch experience is advantageous.
