Senior Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Spearhead transformative initiatives for clients across diverse industries

• Supervise high-impact digital projects from inception to completion

• Ensure effective execution of projects

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams

• Utilize advanced tools and technologies

• Propel clients' business success

• Manage risks and coordinate stakeholders in remote environments

⛳️ Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in project management, ideally in digital transformation or IT

• Outstanding English proficiency (both written and verbal)

• Strong organizational skills with a process-oriented approach

• Technological proficiency, including experience with Airtable and the ability to develop simple applications

• A business presence in Poland and willingness to engage on a B2B contract

• Proximity to major airports in Poland is advantageous

• Capability to manage risks, coordinate stakeholders, and drive outcomes in remote settings

• Ability to work on personal computer

• Availability for a 3 to 7 pm overlap with clients in western countries

• Openness to occasional international travel if necessary
