Senior Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Accountable for overseeing cross-functional projects on behalf of clients.

• Manage project budgets and initiate necessary adjustments to stay within financial constraints for areas under your control.

• Capable of coordinating internal business units to effectively manage and execute projects while aligning with customer expectations.

• Handle a portfolio of diverse projects simultaneously, ensuring transparency regarding progress to both clients and Datavail management.

• Adapt project management strategies to suit the project type and size, utilizing various methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.

• Create an integrated schedule that includes the critical path and ensures that designated resources are performing as planned.

• Must possess strong multitasking abilities and contribute positively to a team-oriented environment.

• Oversee, monitor, and manage project changes through formal change control processes encompassing requirements, configurations, performance metrics, costs, schedules, program organizational structure, and technology environment (such as release timelines and infrastructure modifications).

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in Project/Program Management or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience.

• At least 4 years of experience managing Data Management, Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Data Warehouse projects in either cloud or on-premise environments.

• Proven track record in leading globally sourced project teams, as our operations utilize a global delivery model.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technical, or a related field of study.

• At least 10 years of professional services experience leading projects for external or internal clients.

• Experience in Data Warehouse or Analytics project implementation is essential.

• Familiarity with PMP or Agile implementation methodologies is required.
