Senior Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Oversee and direct comprehensive eDiscovery projects throughout the EDRM lifecycle, which includes data collection, processing, review preparation, and production.

• Act as the main liaison for clients and legal case teams, offering strategic advice, clear communication, and proactive problem-solving.

• Create and manage project plans, budgets, timelines, and resource distribution.

• Supervise Relativity workspaces, ensuring proper setup, data ingestion, workflow design, quality assurance, and production management.

• Guarantee that deliverables adhere to ESI protocols, client requirements, court regulations, and internal SOPs.

• Lead a team of two or more technologists, overseeing workload distribution, task assignments, capacity monitoring, deadlines, and providing coaching and performance evaluations.

• Coordinate and assist in forensic data collections from various sources, including email systems, cloud platforms, social media, laptops, and mobile devices.

• Recognize project risks and apply strategies for mitigation.

• Collaborate with internal leadership to enhance workflows, tools, and processes, and establish best practices.

• Keep up-to-date with the latest eDiscovery technologies, legal trends, and industry best practices.

• Utilize ServiceNow to intake, monitor, prioritize, and manage eDiscovery requests, incidents, and project tasks.

• Maintain thorough documentation in ServiceNow and work closely with internal teams to triage and escalate tickets.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of six (6) years of progressive experience in eDiscovery or legal project management.

• Advanced proficiency with Relativity, encompassing workspace administration, analytics, search, and production workflows.

• Proven experience in managing complex, large-scale eDiscovery projects involving multiple stakeholders.

• Strong grasp of forensic collection methodologies and defensible data handling practices.

• Demonstrated ability to oversee budgets, timelines, and competing priorities across various matters simultaneously.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a strong focus on client service.

• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

• Dedication to delivering high-quality work, maintaining defensibility, and adhering to professional and ethical standards.

• Experience with ServiceNow or another enterprise ticketing or case management system for managing requests, tracking work, and supporting operational workflows.
