This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Spearhead large-scale, intricate, and highly tailored customer implementations across Coursedog's product offerings.
• Take ownership of the complete project planning and execution process, including project strategy, detailed plans, timeline and resource forecasting, as well as risk management.
• Facilitate training for administrators and end-users on a large scale, ensuring sustainable adoption within institutions.
• Provide mentorship and coaching to project coordinators and project managers.
• Guide cross-functional discussions aimed at process enhancements and building team capabilities.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to address technical integration challenges.
• Contribute to strategic product recommendations and foster improvements driven by implementation insights.
• Act as a thought leader and subject matter expert in implementation methodologies.
• Design and enhance implementation processes while establishing best practices.
• Utilize AI capabilities in project management and evaluate client use cases.
• Strengthen long-term client relationships by comprehending strategic business needs and positioning solutions for ongoing value and retention.
• 4-6+ years of experience leading software or SaaS system implementations.
• Demonstrated proficiency in higher education institutions or ed-tech organizations.
• Proven experience managing large-scale, complex projects with minimal oversight.
• Advanced knowledge of project management and implementation methodologies.
• Strategic decision-making skills and the ability to adapt methods to align with project contexts.
• Capability to identify, communicate, and mitigate complex project risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Strong forecasting and resource management skills.
• Strategic and consultative problem-solving abilities with sound judgment.
• Ability to influence across various organizational boundaries.
• Experience in shaping product and operations strategy.
• Strong experience in mentorship and team development.
• Clear and effective verbal and written communication across technical, product, business, and executive settings.
• Advanced proficiency with Notion, Rocketlane, and Salesforce.
• Comfort in utilizing data systems, integrations, and advanced forecasting tools.
• Familiarity with AI and automation in project management.
• Ability to test and continually enhance workflows.
