Senior Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee a portfolio of projects, including those associated with strategic accounts.

• Take responsibility for project delivery outcomes from initiation to completion for customer-facing solutions.

• Regularly update project stakeholders on status, timelines, budget, and risk factors throughout each project phase.

• Facilitate project kickoffs, planning sessions, and consistent delivery meetings.

• Lead teams comprised of implementation engineers and drive the delivery of successful results.

• Grasp and convey the value of Cleo’s solutions to clients.

• Take ownership of all project deliverables and outcomes.

• Adhere to best practices concerning time management, forecasting, and budget oversight.

• Communicate project activities and requirements with clients and coordinate with implementation engineers and support departments.

• Contribute to the development of a growing, results-oriented PMO.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related discipline.

• Over 5 years of professional experience in Project Management, with a strong desire for continued professional development.

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.

• Previous experience with EDI, MFT, data movement, or file transfer technologies is highly desirable.

• Proficient in managing resources, schedules, and budgets using Project Portfolio Management (PPM) or similar software tools.

• Must possess excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Proven track record in delivering cloud-based technology solutions.

• Outstanding stakeholder management and executive presentation abilities.

• Skilled in interacting and coordinating across various business and technical teams.

• Capability to manage a portfolio of multiple customer projects simultaneously.

• Travel Requirement: 15%.
