This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom, +1 more country.
• Oversee the successful execution of large-scale events and experience-related venues and activations.
• Manage audiovisual, digital, traditional construction, and scenic installations.
• Collaborate with Owners Representation, Project Management, and Project Controls specialties.
• Support the expansion of the project portfolio throughout the Middle East.
• Take ownership of the complete project life cycle from initiation through to closeout.
• Create detailed project implementation and delivery strategies.
• Comprehend interdependencies among technology, operations, and business requirements.
• Produce and maintain progress reports and presentations for stakeholders and partners.
• Lead planning and scheduling efforts while soliciting status updates.
• Integrate AV and entertainment technology needs into overall building strategies.
• Facilitate or participate in Owner-Architect-Client meetings and site visits.
• Perform risk assessments and mitigation while identifying opportunities.
• Share lessons learned during and following project closeout.
• Engage senior leadership to uphold best practices and industry standards.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in senior-level professional project management.
• Expertise in AV and entertainment technology design and integrations, architecture, and event spaces within construction-related sectors.
• Proven knowledge in project integration management, scope management, planning/scheduling, cost management, communication management, risk management, and stakeholder management.
• Basic understanding of AV system functionality, installation processes, sequencing, and techniques.
• Formal project management certification such as Prince2, PMQ, or PMP is a plus.
• AVIXA CTS Certification is a plus.
• Strong understanding of location-specific work practices and cultural nuances of the Middle East, particularly KSA.
• Experience in delivering mega projects and navigating complex construction environments is preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Capability to plan and manage multiple projects across different phases simultaneously.
• Willingness to travel within the Middle East region.
• Availability to work 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
