This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee client and internal communications across various channels, ensuring that creative deadlines are adhered to and work remains within the allocated hours and Asana work plans.
• Engage directly with clients and internal stakeholders to discuss creative direction, conduct reviews, and obtain necessary approvals.
• Participate in and lead creative agenda discussions during internal and client meetings, managing the resulting action items.
• Take part in brainstorming sessions, create creative briefs, write and edit copy, and guide creative concepts from initial idea to final execution.
• Collaborate with designers and freelancers, providing edits, feedback, and ensuring quality control in line with project and brand standards.
• Mentor and oversee junior staff, fostering their professional development, well-being, and performance through continuous feedback.
• Assess and manage team capacity, review estimated hours, and adjust task priorities to meet deadlines effectively.
• Enhance creative workflows, keep case studies and proposals up to date, and engage in agency-wide creative initiatives and working groups.
• Create advertising campaigns that generate funds, attract donors and supporters, successfully win campaigns and elections, and enhance brand and issue visibility for nonprofit clients.
• 5-7 years of experience in creative project management, particularly in digital production and digital design.
• Basic proficiency in Photoshop, including the ability to make minor text adjustments.
• Experience in implementing processes, systems, and tools that enhance accuracy, effectiveness, and efficiency.
• Capability to manage upward and across teams to secure necessary resources.
• Background in supporting the professional development and coaching of junior staff members.
• Proven dedication to anti-racism, equity, and inclusion principles.
• Ability to collaborate with honesty, integrity, kindness, empathy, and authenticity.
• Strong attention to detail and adeptness at prioritizing time across multiple projects and deadlines.
• Demonstrated ability to acquire new skills and adapt to new technologies.

• Proficient in persuasive communication via phone, in person, and in writing.
