Senior Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee all facets of projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are finished on schedule and within budget.

• Direct intricate healthcare, technical, and pharmacy projects from the planning stage through to execution.

• Create and oversee project plans and governance structures.

• Coordinate efforts among cross-functional teams and external vendors.

• Manage risks, dependencies, issues, and escalation processes.

• Monitor financial metrics, milestones, and project outcomes.

• Deliver executive-level reporting and communications.

• Occasionally travel to Humana offices for training sessions or meetings.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in technical project management.

• Background in healthcare, Medicare, or pharmacy sectors.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies is required.

• PMP certification is preferred.

• Demonstrated strong leadership capabilities.

• Must have a home internet speed of at least 25 Mbps for download and 10 Mbps for upload.

• A dedicated workspace free from interruptions to safeguard member PHI / HIPAA information.

• Capacity to work 40 hours per week.
