Senior Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee airport lounge projects from the moment they are awarded to their completion and handover.

• Define and manage project scope, budgets, timelines, and contracts.

• Initiate project kick-offs and facilitate coordination among internal and external stakeholders.

• Serve as Cavu’s primary contact for airport authorities, consultants, contractors, and project partners.

• Monitor project performance in terms of budget, schedule, quality, and risk management.

• Identify and address challenges to ensure projects remain on schedule and stakeholders stay aligned.

• Take ownership of the execution phase from project award through construction, commissioning, and final completion.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in managing design and construction projects.

• Experience with airport or aviation projects is essential.

• Familiarity with the complexities involved in working within live airport environments.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects concerning budget, schedule, contracts, and delivery.

• Experience collaborating with architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, and multidisciplinary project teams.

• Strong commercial acumen, communication abilities, and stakeholder management skills.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, or a related field is preferred.
