Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Assist Senior Project Managers in the planning, execution, and oversight of product development initiatives.

• Organize project activities, resources, equipment, and information utilizing best practices and project management tools.

• Create presentation materials.

• Oversee project plans and schedules, coordinating with core team leadership and the PMO.

• Participate in project meetings, document minutes and action items, and distribute them to team members.

• Execute project tasks and provide administrative assistance.

• Monitor task status for assigned projects and programs.

• Identify and categorize project risks and issues, linking potential impacts to schedules and budgets, and offering solutions as necessary.

• Ensure adherence to product development frameworks and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

• Develop and maintain Design History Files by assembling documents, obtaining signatures, and managing revisions.

• Assist with Design Control checklists and presentations.

• Manage and prioritize Change Orders for Document Control.

• Define and sustain the project document repository.

⛳️ Requirements

• An associate degree or bachelor’s degree is required.

• Generally necessitates a Bachelor’s degree along with 2–5 years of relevant experience.

• Previous experience in a Junior Project Manager role or a similar project-related position.

• Experience in the medical device field or a comparable ISO regulated environment.

• Familiarity with file management and administrative processes.

• Working knowledge of Confluence, SharePoint, Smartsheet, and Planview.

• Capability to coordinate project activities, resources, equipment, and information effectively.

• Travel requirement: 0–5%.
