This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from site selection and due diligence to design, permitting, construction, and final turnover.
• Direct the vendor and general contractor bidding processes, which includes preparing RFPs, leveling bids, and making recommendations for team formation.
• Coordinate daily project execution to ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Act as the main point of contact between the company and clients.
• Clearly communicate project information in English to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Create and manage comprehensive project schedules, tracking progress and making necessary adjustments to plans.
• Lead budgeting and cost management efforts, including forecasting, tracking expenditures, and conducting variance analysis.
• Review and negotiate contracts, proposals, and change orders effectively.
• Oversee client-selected vendors such as signage, IT/AV, furniture, and millwork providers.
• Identify and address project risks, escalating significant issues along with suggested solutions.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes, and project reports efficiently.
• Deliver thorough status updates to leadership and clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment of resources and priorities.
• Uphold professional and ethical standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Engage in a structured onboarding process and shadowing experience with the CEO.
• Demonstrated experience as a Project Manager in commercial real estate development, managing projects from site selection to turnover.
• Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or Civil/MEP Engineering, or relevant experience in managing construction projects.
• Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and verbal; C1+ level is preferred.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and systematic in managing complex workflows.
• Practical experience with monday.com, including project tracking, dashboards, and automation tools.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities, capable of managing multiple projects at once.
• Proven expertise in scheduling, budgeting, and cost management, encompassing forecasting, tracking, and variance reporting.
• Experience in contract review, negotiation, vendor management, and general contractor bidding/RFP processes.
• Solid comprehension of risk allocation.
• Proven ability to report project status and synthesize schedule, budget, scope, risk, technical, and financial data into actionable updates.
• Proficiency in risk management, including the identification, assessment, and mitigation of project risks.
• Commitment to maintaining professional and ethical standards, transparency, accountability, and trust.
• Capability to work independently while collaborating with leadership and clients based in the US.
• English proficiency at C1+ level preferred.
• Experience with creative, technology, or consulting firms is a plus.
