Senior Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take charge and steer each assigned project towards successful completion.

• Evaluate and oversee project challenges and risks; create suitable mitigation strategies.

• Schedule, install, validate, and deliver products within established timelines while ensuring high quality.

• Cultivate strong client relationships while collaborating with relevant Candescent and third-party vendor representatives.

• Exhibit effective leadership and project management capabilities.

• Propel the documentation and proactive communication of project objectives, success metrics, plans, status updates, issues, and risks in a timely manner.

• Foster strong, positive, and trust-based relationships with financial institutions.

• Continuously seek opportunities to enhance existing processes and approaches, driving the implementation of these improvements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience in project management, especially within the fintech sector.

• Over 6 years of experience in delivering large-scale online enterprise software deployments and implementations to or through enterprise customers or partners.

• More than 6 years of project management and/or related management experience, including overseeing technical projects.

• Travel of approximately 25% to client locations is required.

• Proven cross-functional, end-to-end project management skills for customer-facing projects where little or no precedent may exist.

• Demonstrated capability to manage technical projects involving complex data management.

• Familiarity with basic software systems (front end, back end, interfaces, tables, cache, etc.) and working with third parties (SSOs & APIs).

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, along with strong influencing abilities.

• Experience with structured project management methodologies and tools, with the ability to apply project management best practices.

• Capability to learn and effectively explain our application functionalities, configurations, and, at a high level, our system architecture to clients.
