This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Lead and oversee project teams to successfully deliver projects while adhering to time and financial constraints.
• Create project plans, manage resources and budgets, and uphold timelines and milestones.
• Ensure project visibility through the use of documented tools, processes, SOPs, playbooks, and runbooks.
• Foster productive relationships with business leaders, sponsors, analysts, architects, vendors, and clients.
• Organize project activities, meetings, and resource allocation.
• Act as the main client-facing representative throughout the entire project lifecycle.
• Build and inspire project teams, provide guidance, and address any performance concerns.
• Direct project scheduling, work assignments, and review project efforts.
• Guarantee timely and budget-friendly go-live events while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Maintain clear communication regarding scope, procedures, and auditability.
• Ensure adherence to accounting, HR, training, safety, quality, and information security requirements.
• Prepare project reports, schedules, presentations, and various other documentation.
• Advise clients on communications, change management, training strategies, and testing strategies.
• Collect information to estimate project costs, resources, time, and deliverables.
• Establish quality standards and ensure compliance with industry best practices.
• Estimate physical, financial, and human capital project costs.
• Mediate conflicts and resolve project issues among stakeholders and team members.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients.
• Monitor progress, identify risks or delays, and proactively develop solutions.
• Keep senior leaders and stakeholders updated on progress, risks, and any deviations.
• Lead project closure activities, including client acceptance, documentation, and knowledge transfer.
• Participate in certified quality-assurance processes and safeguard sensitive information.
• Perform other related responsibilities as assigned.
• Project Management certification, such as PMP or another equivalent nationally recognized certification.
• A minimum of ten (10) years of project management or relevant experience with increasing responsibility in the public and/or private sector in IT and/or consulting.
• A minimum of ten (10) years of leadership experience with advancing responsibility in the public and/or private sector in IT and/or consulting.
• Bachelor's degree in an information technology-related field along with ten (10) years of pertinent experience.
• Willingness to travel for at least 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off, primarily to New Cumberland, Pennsylvania.
• Must be eligible to obtain and maintain an active government clearance, requiring U.S. citizenship.
• Experience in warehousing, logistics, and/or supply chain project management (preferred).
• Previous government/federal project management experience (preferred).
