This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +3 more locations.
• Develop testing strategies and oversee user testing, which includes planning, tracking, reporting, issue triage, and delivery.
• Organize and manage both internal and client training sessions, including the creation of materials, delivery plans, product demonstrations, and hands-on training.
• Submit change requests and conduct necessary analyses for project governance.
• Recognize project risks, issues, and dependencies; provide mitigation strategies and escalate issues promptly.
• Establish upstream and downstream data integration mappings along with the corresponding client configuration.
• Create conversion strategies and runbooks; oversee mock conversions and final go-live activities.
• Engage in planning, governance, and execution of implementation activities, including mock conversions and go-live weekends.
• Offer implementation governance, reporting, issue escalation, and representation in project steering committees and working groups.
• Supervise production comparisons and reconciliation tasks using BDC (BR Data Control), with an emphasis on enhancing match rates and reporting outcomes.
• Directly manage implementation resources or operate within a matrix structure.
• Define, execute, and report on environment setup runbooks, integration points, monitoring, control frameworks, and release schedules.
• Oversee production-readiness checklists and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely, robust, and secure implementations.
• 10+ years of experience as a conversions/implementation consultant or manager, focusing on SaaS project delivery for Wealth or Capital Markets organizations.
• 7 years of project management experience.
• 5 years of experience in team leadership, managing teams of up to 5 resources.
• Proven critical thinking skills and a track record of proactively driving successful outcomes.
• Ability to define control processes and distill key insights from data to present clearly to senior management and clients.
• Client-facing skills, capable of building strong working relationships with clients while effectively advocating for BR’s position.
• Experience with large-scale projects and a solid understanding of the complete project lifecycle and governance.
• Familiarity with working in an agile environment utilizing JIRA.
• Exceptional attention to detail to facilitate accurate reporting.
• Capacity to manage multiple work streams and assignments concurrently.
• Ability to comprehend and challenge intricate details.
• Proficient in data analysis, including the use of SQL and Excel.
• Desirable: Experience with Asset Servicing platforms within a Wealth Management, Investment Banking, or other financial contexts.
• Desirable: Subject matter expertise in Asset Servicing, covering Dividends, Coupons, Tax, and Corporate Actions announcements and processing.
• Desirable: Understanding of the Asset Servicing lifecycle and its components, such as event capture, data quality/data cleansing, position and transaction types, entitlement processing, and integration with US Market Participants.
• Desirable: Product knowledge related to Equities and Fixed Income.
• Desirable: Previous experience at Broadridge or with Broadridge products like Astrid, BPS, Impact, IPE/Gloss, or ICS’ Notifications.
