Senior Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take charge of complex projects and engagements independently across various workstreams, stakeholder groups, vendors, and delivery dependencies.

• Develop and uphold integrated plans that encompass workstreams, milestones, teams, vendors, and dependencies.

• Navigate cross-functional contributors through uncertainty and shifting priorities.

• Oversee scope, schedule, budget, quality, resources, commercial factors, and delivery-recovery tradeoffs.

• Ensure quality, acceptance criteria, operational readiness, team morale, and delivery commitments are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.

• Proactively identify risks and constraints, formulate contingency and recovery plans, and escalate significant issues with well-defined recommendations.

• Facilitate governance forums and stakeholder discussions; relay delivery status, options, impacts, decisions, and necessary actions.

• Manage project financials, forecasts, change requests, resource requirements, commitments, and delivery variations.

• Oversee technical delivery across Adobe Experience Cloud platforms and integrations.

• Align workstreams, data flows, environments, and deployment dependencies throughout development, QA, staging, and production processes.

• Mentor Associate Project Managers and Project Managers through coaching, plan evaluations, and hands-on delivery guidance.

• Enhance project standards, reusable practices, reporting, and lessons learned.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4–8 years of relevant professional experience, or equivalent practical experience, managing projects or engagements.

• Proven ability to independently lead complex projects with multiple workstreams, stakeholder groups, dependencies, vendors, or significant delivery risks.

• Strong expertise in integrated project planning, scope and change control, scheduling, budgeting, resource coordination, quality, governance, and delivery reporting.

• Sound judgment in prioritizing competing demands and recommending tradeoffs regarding scope, schedule, budget, resources, or recovery plans.

• Experience in foreseeing delivery risks, developing mitigation or recovery strategies, and escalating significant decisions with actionable recommendations.

• Proficient in managing project financials, forecasts, commitments, change requests, and delivery variances.

• Excellent communication and facilitation skills, including leading intricate stakeholder forums and presenting decision-ready options to senior audiences.

• Capable of coordinating cross-functional client and internal teams through uncertainty, changing priorities, and dynamic delivery conditions.

• Experience in coaching or mentoring less experienced project delivery practitioners.

• Familiarity with Adobe Experience Cloud platforms, such as AEP, RTCDP, AJO, CJA, AEM, Adobe Commerce, Workfront, or Marketo Engage, as applicable.

• Understanding of technical integration dependencies, data flows, multi-environment delivery, and coordination of releases or deployments across development, QA, staging, and production.

• Experience with Agile, scaled Agile, or CI/CD-enabled delivery models and complex cross-team integration efforts.

• Preferred experience in leading Adobe platform implementations, migrations, or integrations involving multiple technical and business workstreams.

• Preferred experience in enhancing project governance, reporting, reusable delivery practices, or lessons-learned processes.

• Must possess unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship, now or in the future.

• Willingness to travel up to 30% as required by project and client needs.
