Senior Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee various projects through stages of planning, scope definition, design, execution, and delivery.

• Direct the analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation of projects.

• Assess, measure, and track project performance using metrics, and provide status reports.

• Collaborate with departments, analysts, development teams, external vendors, and leadership to establish scope, goals, timelines, resources, status, and deliverables.

• Facilitate communication with stakeholders and guide the direction of projects.

• Design new projects and programs by assessing business processes and executing improvement plans.

• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, record challenges and issues, and track deliverables.

• Manage medium-scale projects throughout the standard project lifecycle.

• Handle business cases, requirements reviews, gap analyses, feasibility studies, and solution assessments.

• Execute change management, issue management, and risk management.

• Coach and mentor team members and make project-related decisions.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

• In lieu of a degree, five years of applicable non-clerical experience will be accepted.

• At least five years of project management experience leading medium to large projects with multiple key stakeholders.

• Alternatively, a relevant master’s degree with a minimum of three years of experience is acceptable.

• Advanced proficiency with project management software.

• Familiarity with project management methodologies.

• Proficient in MS Office Suite, including Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe.

• Strong organizational and analytical capabilities.

• Ability to set, execute, and adhere to deadlines and deliverables.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build diplomatic relationships.

• Capability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams while working independently.

• Skill in managing change effectively.

• Competence in presenting in formal business environments.

• PMP certification is preferred.

• Ability to ensure the security and confidentiality of records and information.

• Adherence to segregation of duties guidelines.
