Senior Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sweden.

📋 Description

• Oversee multiple projects in accordance with the statement of work

• Execute daily project management tasks to ensure deliverables meet time, cost, and quality standards

• Facilitate project communication, gate reviews, risk management, and resolution of open issues

• Provide project metrics to both internal and external stakeholders

• Prepare project status reports and relay project status, issues, and escalations to the team, management, clients, and others

• Conduct meetings with project teams and client personnel, including executives, at both business and technical levels

• Guide teams towards reaching consensus

• Supervise and manage both onsite and offshore project teams

• Organize project teams and ensure appropriate resourcing, skills, competencies, and capacity

• Identify and handle change requests, document modifications, and secure customer approval

• Analyze and manage project risks while creating reports to inform stakeholders

• Manage budgets in accordance with the project pricing model and oversee project purchase orders in line with internal procedures

• Establish and maintain internal and external activity planning, considering factors that affect activities and milestones

• Control project time management by overseeing employee hours or deliverables in the delivery system and ensuring alignment with customer contracts

• Demonstrated strong project management skills with accountability for comprehensive delivery

• Excellent rapport and relationship-building abilities with both internal and external stakeholders

• Proficient communication skills in challenging customer scenarios

• Superior written communication skills for drafting Statements of Work, specifications, project plans, and other project documentation

• Capability to work with minimal oversight

• Comprehensive understanding of large-scale enterprise application deployment methodologies

• Experience in leading teams within an Agile/Scrum environment

• Deployment experience with enterprise software implementations in a Project Manager capacity, preferably within PLM

• Strong planning, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities

• Competency in prioritizing, meeting deadlines, and managing shifting priorities

• Proficiency in creating work breakdown structures, assisting in estimation, validating estimate confidence, and developing schedules

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Capability to collaborate with Development, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Professional Services teams

• Ability to recognize active project risks, monitor risk triggers, and implement contingency plans

• Fluent in both English and Swedish

• Swedish citizenship is mandatory

• Willingness to travel
