📋 Description

• Direct and oversee a team of engineers and technical personnel on infrastructure initiatives from the planning and design stages through bidding and construction.

• Supervise project timelines, budgets, technical standards, and team workload.

• Enhance and broaden client relationships and project workload by providing responsive, value-oriented engineering solutions.

• Mentor and guide staff to foster a high-performing team culture that emphasizes quality, accountability, and professional development.

• Discover new business prospects through networking, engagement, proposal drafting, and client presentations.

• Collaborate with division leadership on strategic planning, business growth, and client relationship management across the western U.S.

• Spearhead talent development, succession planning, and long-term organizational sustainability.

• Refine and execute the firm’s strategic and business growth initiatives.

• Manage the daily operations of the Denver office to meet corporate goals and ensure profitability.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (or a related discipline).

• Professional Engineer (PE) certification in Nevada (or the ability to acquire such a license).

• Over 15 years of experience in civil engineering.

• Demonstrated capability in managing client relationships and leading multidisciplinary project teams.

• Experience in project management, including the development of project proposals, scopes, budgets, and successful implementation of engineering projects.

• Strong abilities in staff mentorship and performance management.

• Background in strategic planning, client development, and operational management.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, along with strong interpersonal capabilities.
