Senior Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Jordan.

📋 Description

• Lead the comprehensive delivery of large-scale technology and digital transformation projects.

• Supervise cross-functional teams and external vendors.

• Manage project governance, including risks, budgets, and stakeholder engagement.

• Ensure the successful execution of projects within the defined scope, timeline, and budget.

⛳️ Requirements

• 9-10+ years of experience in Project Management.

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.

• PMP Certification or an equivalent project management credential is mandatory.

• Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale enterprise and digital transformation initiatives.

• Extensive experience in project planning, governance, execution, monitoring, and delivery.

• Proven ability to manage project scope, budgets, schedules, resources, risks, issues, and change requests.

• Proficient in stakeholder management, vendor oversight, and coordinating cross-functional teams.

• Experience in developing project charters, Statements of Work (SOWs), project plans, and integrated schedules.

• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies.

• Experience overseeing multiple workstreams, third-party vendors, system integrations, and dependencies.

• Capability to drive project governance, reporting, escalation management, and executive communications.

• Experience in monitoring project performance, KPIs, deliverables, and milestone achievements.

• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, or similar platforms.

• Strong analytical, leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.

• Preferred: PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum Master, or related certifications.

• Preferred: Experience in managing enterprise applications, portals, mobile applications, and system integration projects.

• Preferred: Experience in PMO governance and strategic project management.

• Preferred: Strong financial management, budgeting, and resource planning experience.

• Preferred: Experience leading large multidisciplinary teams and complex technology programs.
