Senior Project Manager – AdTech

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with engineering leadership to develop comprehensive project plans, focusing on resource allocation and budget management.

• Oversee, monitor, and execute technical projects that involve engineering, product, threat intelligence, detection, and customer success teams.

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and various Agile events.

• Ensure project delivery aligns with defined scope, schedule, budgetary limits, and quality standards.

• Plan, manage, and oversee project execution to guarantee timely delivery within the allocated financial resources.

• Perform project risk assessments and communicate identified risks to stakeholders and clients.

• Generate and maintain accurate project documentation and reporting.

• Establish and enhance best practices in project management, including tools, templates, and engagement protocols.

• Promote change and efficiency in collaboration with internal and external partners.

• Engage in hiring strategies, assist with onboarding, and support the professional development of team members.

• Contribute to ongoing improvements within the Competence Center, participate in PMO activities and training initiatives, and share insights and best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of commercial experience in Project Management with a focus on technology.

• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage intricate, cross-functional projects.

• Strong sense of ownership and accountability.

• Solid background in SDLC methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.

• Proven success in establishing Scrum processes and coaching teams effectively.

• Extensive knowledge of project management tools and methodologies, including planning, estimation, monitoring, and risk management.

• Practical experience in managing technical requirements.

• Expert-level proficiency in configuring Jira and Confluence.

• Hands-on experience with Business Intelligence tools.

• Upper-Intermediate English proficiency or higher.

• Experience in the AdTech sector is considered a plus.

• Scrum Master and/or Product Owner certification is advantageous.

• Basic understanding of SQL is a plus.
