This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Ensure the effective delivery of projects.
• Foster transparency and build consensus among stakeholders.
• Uphold standard workflow procedures.
• Identify, document, and provide training to stakeholders on new or enhanced workflow processes.
• Manage projects within work management platforms.
• Oversee project onboarding and closure, which includes requirements reviews, work item management and development, quoting, scheduling, resource management, and finalization.
• Administer sprint projects and ensure the successful delivery of project portfolios for clients.
• Publish project timelines and keep project plans updated.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies.
• Assist in the Helpdesk issue management process in Workfront.
• Develop, monitor, and train users on reports within the work management platform.
• Advocate for Agile methodology principles and pinpoint workflow inefficiencies.
• Encourage collaboration and effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders as well as key business partners.
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by management.
• Collaborate daily with customer service PM teams, engineering teams, product, strategy and innovation teams, production facility staff, accounting, and other stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Communications, or a related field; at least 5 years of relevant Information Technology project management experience; or a comparable combination of education and work experience.
• PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Scrum Master certification is preferred.
• Prior experience with project management tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, Workfront, or Microsoft Project for project tracking and resource scheduling.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps and Workfront is advantageous.
• Excellent written and verbal communication capabilities.
• Proven ability to consistently inform and update internal and external stakeholders about project status and address issues promptly.
• Highly organized with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively within diverse teams.
• Capable of prioritizing work requests from multiple sources with limited resource availability.
• Successful completion of a thorough background check and drug screening is required post-offer as a condition of employment.
