Senior Project Lead SAP – SDM, RFNO

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of and continuously enhance the comprehensive implementation methodology for SDM/RFNO.

• Create templates, quality gates, and conduct fit-to-standard workshops.

• Assume the role of Senior Project Lead, overseeing delivery governance for clients and partners.

• Guarantee disciplined planning, prudent decision-making, effective risk management, and clear communication with stakeholders.

• Serve as the Design Authority for SDM/RFNO implementations.

• Uphold standard and clean-core principles, challenge unnecessary customizations, and ensure solution quality prior to implementation.

• Establish SAP Cloud ALM as the primary backbone for delivery.

• Incorporate AI-driven tools for planning, requirements gathering, task management, testing, deployment readiness, and reporting.

• Embed AI into design, documentation, testing, and QA processes, empowering customers and partners to leverage these capabilities.

• Assist in managing strategic proposals and tender processes for SDM/RFNO projects.

• Formulate solution concepts, effort estimates, and implementation strategies.

• Collaborate closely with Sales, Consulting, and Delivery teams.

• Develop reusable bid and delivery materials along with best practices.

• Innovate AI-enhanced proposal processes and perpetually refine proposal and delivery methodologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated experience in SAP projects.

• Ideally, possess experience with S/4HANA transformations, digital supply chains, downstream logistics, retail fuel, or related process areas.

• Proven expertise with SAP Cloud ALM in real-world implementation projects, covering project setup, scope and task governance, test coordination, and clear progress management.

• Senior project leadership profile with a strong emphasis on customer focus.

• Exceptional partner management abilities.

• Ideally, experience within a leading GSI or large SI environment.

• Strong methodological acumen with the capability to translate SDM/RFNO product standards into reusable implementation components, governance routines, and scalable delivery models.

• An AI-savvy “digital pioneer” mindset.

• Willingness and capability to leverage AI to enhance efficiency and quality while promoting the adoption of new platforms and tools.
