SAP AMS Delivery

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary operational point of contact for SAP AMS Functional delivery matters, issues, and inquiries.

• Oversee escalations related to ticket management, delivery quality, governance, and operational risks.

• Motivate the delivery team to produce high-quality outputs that comply with SAP AMS process standards.

• Ensure that target service levels (SLAs/KPIs) are consistently achieved.

• Guarantee that contractual obligations are met.

⛳️ Requirements

• Background in SAP AMS Delivery functional areas such as FI, CO, SD, MM, PM, TM, or PP.

• Over 5 years of demonstrated experience in SAP AMS service management.

• A minimum of 5 years of verifiable experience as an SAP consultant in modules including Logistics (SD, PP, MM, EWM, etc.), FI-CO, or SuccessFactors.

• Proficiency in advanced English.

• Experience in fulfilling SAP AMS process requirements, SLAs, KPIs, and contractual obligations.
