📋 Description

• Oversee the complete lifecycle of SAP SuccessFactors implementations, from initiation to go-live and ongoing support.

• Facilitate module-specific workshops and ensure alignment of business needs with system functionalities.

• Design processes for cross-module integration and customize workflows accordingly.

• Offer expert advice on configuration strategies and optimize system performance.

• Act as the primary consultant for senior stakeholders within client organizations.

• Manage milestone approvals and effectively handle escalations.

• Assign and oversee the workstreams of junior consultants.

• Mentor team members and assist them in achieving their HRIS certifications.

• Conduct regular one-on-one meetings and provide structured, actionable feedback.

• Lead the complete delivery of module or functional processes.

• Take ownership of integration validation and troubleshooting efforts.

• Manage quality assurance cycles while establishing standards and maintaining review discipline.

• Handle project reporting and promote transparency among stakeholders.

• Foster confidence and enhance team performance.

• Take initiative, identify risks, and ensure timely project delivery.

• Guide clients through uncertainty and transitions.

• Address complex challenges with strategic insight.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.

• 7–10 years of experience in HRIS.

• Successfully led a minimum of 5 end-to-end implementations.

• Exceptional leadership, client management, and communication abilities.

• Capability to manage competing priorities and guide cross-functional teams effectively.

• Proven experience in people management and team development.

• SAP SuccessFactors Certification (mandatory).
