SAP B1 Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Engage in the implementation, support, and enhancement initiatives for SAP Business One.

• Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze their requirements.

• Map out processes and pinpoint areas for improvement.

• Execute system parameterization, configuration, testing, and user acceptance testing.

• Offer functional support while resolving client tickets and requests.

• Analyze discrepancies and suggest solutions that align with business requirements.

• Assist in defining and validating customizations, integrations, and developments alongside technical teams.

• Utilize Crystal Reports for report creation and/or maintenance.

• Work with add-ons and complementary solutions for SAP Business One.

• Create functional documentation and support materials.

• Conduct user training sessions and provide guidance.

• Oversee client requests, ensuring close and consultative engagement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven professional experience with SAP Business One.

• Experience in implementing and/or supporting the solution.

• Proficient in requirements gathering and process analysis.

• Familiarity with parameterization, testing, and user acceptance testing.

• Knowledgeable in Crystal Reports.

• Acquainted with SAP Business One add-ons, integrations, and customizations.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to engage directly with clients.

• Possess an analytical, consultative, and problem-solving approach.

• Preferred: experience with accounting and tax processes in SAP Business One.

• Preferred: understanding of tax processes and electronic tax documentation.

• Preferred: experience with SPED and ancillary tax obligations.

• Preferred: knowledge of NF-e, NFS-e, CT-e, MDF-e, and other tax documents.

• Preferred: understanding of ICMS, IPI, PIS, COFINS, ISS, DIFAL, withholding taxes, and other tax types.

• Preferred: experience with tax and accounting add-ons.

• Preferred: familiarity with the impact of Brazilian tax reform on SAP Business One.

• Preferred: exposure to diverse industries and business scenarios.
