Senior Project Executive

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take responsibility for delivery performance across a range of intricate projects, including risk management, scheduling, cost control, profit margins, and customer satisfaction.

• Guide, mentor, and cultivate Project Managers to ensure consistent, high-quality implementation.

• Act as the main escalation point for significant project risks, issues, and customer inquiries.

• Assess and authorize project forecasts, cost-to-complete documents, and financial estimations.

• Guarantee that projects are completed at or above target gross profit margins.

• Provide strategic oversight concerning project execution, contracts, and commercial performance.

• Assist in resource planning and staffing projections in collaboration with engineering and business development.

• Ensure project execution aligns with Thermo Systems standards, QMS requirements, and strategic goals.

• Support business development efforts through resource alignment and customer relationship management.

• Maintain executive-level relationships with clients, general contractors, and key stakeholders.

• Promote safety and quality within project teams.

• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and business development to synchronize delivery strategy and execution.

• Engage in proactive communication with leadership, clients, and stakeholders.

• Identify and escalate risks, limitations, and changes in scope.

• Foster cross-team collaboration to resolve challenges and sustain delivery momentum.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, QMS standards, and project governance protocols.

• Identify and implement enhancements to boost operational efficiency and project results.

• Contribute to the development of project management capabilities throughout Thermo Systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• Over 15 years of experience in project or program delivery within industrial or technical settings.

• Demonstrated experience in leading complex project portfolios and high-performing teams.

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is preferred.

• Strong capabilities in executive leadership and team development.

• In-depth understanding of project finances, forecasting, and margin management.

• Experience in managing risk, contracts, and change control processes.

• Solid knowledge of control systems and industrial project environments.

• Ability to influence and align cross-functional teams and stakeholders effectively.

• Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

• High level of organization, accountability, and execution discipline.

• Proven track record of enhancing operational performance and delivery outcomes.

• Commitment to quality, safety, and accountability.

• Willingness to travel up to 25–50%.
