Senior Project Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Manage the planning, execution, and oversight of formwork projects from initial concept through to final completion.

• Direct project planning and execution efforts, focusing on scheduling, resource allocation, and budget oversight.

• Perform site assessments and conduct feasibility analyses.

• Create project plans, timelines, and budgets, while tracking progress against established milestones and deliverables.

• Collaborate with internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to acquire necessary materials, equipment, and resources.

• Offer technical expertise and guidance, addressing complex engineering challenges as they arise.

• Ensure adherence to design specifications, safety protocols, regulatory standards, and project plans.

• Carry out site inspections and conduct quality audits.

• Manage client communications, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests for changes.

• Prepare and review engineering drawings, calculations, and documentation.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Professional Engineer (PE) certification is a significant advantage.

• Demonstrated experience in project engineering and management within the construction sector, specifically focusing on formwork projects.

• In-depth knowledge of structural engineering principles, construction methodologies, and relevant building codes.

• Proficient in project management software, CAD software, and other applicable tools.

• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

• Previous experience in formwork design, scaffolding, or related fields is preferred.
