This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• Act as the technical foundation for Contentstack’s EMEA partner network.
• Manage the technical relationship for a portfolio of 20–30 key EMEA partners.
• Develop and implement partner technical enablement strategies, including training, certification pathways, sandbox environments, tech talks, workshops, and office hours.
• Collaborate with the Academy and Enablement teams to refine the partner certification program.
• Assess partner-developed accelerators, integrations, and marketplace applications for architecture, performance, and adherence to Contentstack best practices.
• Offer technical support for opportunities sourced or influenced by partners through discovery, architecture evaluations, demonstrations, and proofs of concept.
• Assist partners in designing reference architectures and integrations across commerce, DAM, search, personalization, CDP, and emerging technologies.
• Provide guidance on GDPR, data residency, and EU hosting requirements.
• Act as the primary technical contact for designated partners and cultivate relationships with solution architects and engineering leaders.
• Gather feedback from partners and field teams regarding product, training, documentation, MCP, AI tools, and competitive positioning for the Product and Developer Experience teams.
• Support partners in architecting, building, and independently selling Contentstack-based solutions.
• 5–8 years of experience in solutions engineering, sales engineering, or solutions architecture within SaaS or PaaS, ideally in CMS, DXP, commerce, MACH, or composable technologies.
• Practical experience with headless and composable architectures, including APIs, SSR/SSG frameworks such as Next.js and Nuxt, and contemporary front-end delivery patterns.
• Capability to create functional prototypes and utilize AI coding tools like Claude Code.
• Understanding of the Contentstack product suite, with expertise in at least two areas such as hosting and delivery, CMS, DXP, CDP and personalization, or AI agents.
• Demonstrated experience in partner or channel operations.
• Proven track record of establishing and maintaining senior technical relationships with external organizations.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and workshop facilitation skills tailored for technical partner audiences.
• Familiarity with agentic AI patterns, including MCP, alongside hands-on experience integrating generative AI into applications.
• General knowledge of GDPR, data residency, and EU hosting requirements.
• Ability to bridge communication between technical partner teams and internal Product and Engineering stakeholders.
• Business proficiency in English; proficiency in an additional European language is a significant advantage.
• Experience working with CMS or DXP vendors or their SI and agency partners is beneficial.
• Familiarity with commerce, search, or personalization platforms is advantageous.
• Understanding of partner program mechanics such as deal registration, PRM, co-sell tools, and certification tiers is a plus.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% to partner sites, customer locations, and industry events.
