Senior Project Engagement Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design and implement strategic initiatives for participant engagement and recruitment that support qualitative research projects across key client accounts.

• Create innovative and scalable strategies for participant sourcing, identifying new avenues for recruitment, partnerships, and engagement opportunities.

• Manage projects from inception to completion with minimal oversight, proactively anticipating challenges and developing solutions.

• Collaborate with Project Management, Recruiting, and Panel Development teams to ensure participant acquisition aligns with project needs and client expectations.

• Mentor, coach, and develop team members.

• Discover, assess, and integrate innovative recruitment channels, partnerships, and community outreach efforts.

• Supervise referral, grassroots, and specialized recruitment programs.

• Track and evaluate recruitment performance metrics, implementing enhancements where necessary.

• Oversee project-related budgets and recruitment expenditures.

• Build and maintain relationships with external organizations, vendors, community partners, and strategic stakeholders.

• Assist in initiatives for panel growth and strategic programs aimed at enhancing participant engagement and data quality.

• Carry out additional responsibilities and special projects as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in market research, participant recruitment, panel management, project management, or a related area.

• Proven track record in developing and executing recruitment or engagement strategies that yield measurable business outcomes.

• Experience in leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing stakeholders at various organizational levels.

• Previous leadership, supervisory, or mentoring experience is preferred.

• Strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and project management expertise.

• Capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
