Senior Project Delivery Manager – NVIS

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Build and sustain productive relationships with all stakeholders.

• Grasp both high-level and detailed technical architecture, foster discussion, and guide decision-making on suitable solutions.

• Ensure that company requirements are delivered to standard and in a timely manner.

• Create and deliver thorough technical solutions to clients.

• Engage in communication and conduct conference calls with internal teams, clients, and partners.

• Oversee intricate installations and report any issues to the relevant operational partners.

• Manage the communication of project modifications and release notifications to clients.

• Clearly and succinctly document technical and operational procedures.

• Oversee projects throughout their lifecycle, from conception to production.

⛳️ Requirements

• BS/MS in Engineering or Computer Science (or equivalent experience).

• Over 7 years of experience in managing project delivery.

• At least five years of experience in delivering field services and/or customer support for hardware and software products.

• Comprehensive knowledge of data center environments, servers, and network hardware.

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage directly with clients.

• Leadership capabilities across diverse functional teams.

• Proficient communication and presentation/oral skills.

• Capacity to prioritize and manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.

• Experience leading international projects.

• Flexibility to work irregular hours as necessary.

• PMP Certification is a distinguishing asset.

• Experience with AI and GPU infrastructure deployment is a distinguishing asset.

• Familiarity with HPC clustering or data-center technologies is a distinguishing asset.
