
Senior Project Coordinator, Integration

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +42 more states.
• Create and oversee project plans.
• Coordinate project initiatives and team resources within established scope, quality, time, and budget constraints.
• Assist integration leaders with daily tasks and the upkeep of project workplans.
• Organize and lead meetings.
• Generate and distribute status reports.
• Conduct general project management tasks.
• Support all integration projects from a coordination viewpoint.
• Develop systems, methods, and procedures for automated planning, reporting, issue resolution, risk management, and budget oversight.
• Ensure accuracy in report-outs and maintain ongoing workplans.
• Monitor the overall health of projects.
• Review plans and schedules from participating functions for alignment with the master schedule.
• Address scheduling conflicts and inter-functional issues.
• Participate in or lead daily, weekly, or monthly meetings.
• Monitor and report on project status, highlighting deviations or negative trends.
• Track and manage project expenditures against budgets.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must successfully complete pre-employment assessment(s) if required.
• 1-3 years of experience in project coordination or project management positions.
• 1-3 years of experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Proficient project management skills.
• Strong proficiency in Excel.
• Effective empathetic communication skills.
• PMP or relevant certification is preferred but not mandatory based on experience.
• A BS/BA in a related field is preferred.
