This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Oversee the coordination of daily construction project operations
• Ensure alignment with project objectives, schedules, and outcomes
• Arrange and lead project meetings, create agendas, update stakeholders, and monitor action items
• Assist project managers in executing projects, identifying risks, and resolving issues
• Maintain the integrity of schedules and budgets
• Manage contracts and purchase orders, ensuring timely processing and adherence to policies
• Supervise project document control processes
• Keep internal teams and external partners informed about project status, risks, and milestones
• Prepare and disseminate project reports, dashboards, and summaries
• Participate in process improvement efforts and implement best practices in project coordination
• Aid in the onboarding and mentoring of junior coordinators or new team members
• Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned by management
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in construction management, engineering, business administration, or a related field
• 2–3+ years of experience in project coordination or construction project support
• Experience in a fast-paced or mission-critical environment is preferred
• Preferred experience with contract and purchase order management
• Strong organizational, analytical, and project management abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and reporting
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to evolving project requirements

• Willingness and ability to travel up to 5%, with potential for increased travel over time
• Ability to occasionally perform physical activities including standing, walking, sitting, handling objects, reaching, climbing stairs, balancing, stooping, kneeling, talking, and hearing
• Ability to occasionally lift or move up to 25 pounds
