Senior Project Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee numerous intricate external customer implementations, ensuring that all project deliverables are met promptly and with client satisfaction.

• Meet revenue goals by accurately predicting project go-live dates and adhering to projected completion timelines.

• Address and escalate issues as necessary to maintain project schedules.

• Set and manage expectations with both internal and external stakeholders concerning project scope, deliverables, timelines, status updates, issues, and risks.

• Create, communicate, manage, and uphold project plans.

• Work in collaboration with various teams to guarantee timely completion of quality deliverables.

• Identify potential issues and risks, and coordinate appropriate resources for resolution.

• Develop go-to-green plans when required.

• Provide weekly status updates to customers, the management team, and internal personnel.

• Ensure seamless transitions between teams to enhance the overall customer experience.

• Stay informed about advancements in information technology, healthcare, and revenue management.

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Project Management.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.

• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.

• Exceptional business insight.

• Capacity to prioritize tasks and operate efficiently with minimal oversight.

• Proven ability to concurrently manage several projects within a matrix environment.

• Demonstrated capability to thrive in a team setting that demands quick responses and high-quality output.

• Proficient in the use of personal computers and related software applications.

• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Outlook.

• Willingness to travel up to 10%.
