This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Oversee the planning and implementation of clinical trial components in collaboration with the Project Lead.
• Ensure that projects comply with established timelines and are completed within budget constraints.
• Act as a subject matter expert for relevant project management tools and systems.
• Coordinate internal resources as well as third-party vendors to ensure efficient project delivery.
• Prepare and distribute study-specific financial reports, contributing to the financial well-being of the study through effective financial processes and systems.
• Conduct ongoing evaluations of project performance to achieve both short- and long-term objectives successfully.
• Document the project scope and objectives in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
• Facilitate communication among project team members regarding project status and any changes.
• Identify and escalate project risks and issues, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
• Maintain systems, project management tools, and methodologies effectively.
• Lead quality assurance activities, including preparation for audits and internal reviews, documentation, and resolution of actionable issues.
• Supervise tasks and activities while mentoring and coordinating junior team members, operating independently with minimal oversight.
• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in life sciences, medicine, pharmacy, nursing, project management, or a related field, or a comparable combination of education, training, and experience.
• Familiarity with Good Clinical Practice/ICH guidelines and other relevant regulatory requirements.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Capability to manage time effectively and work independently.
• High proficiency in full MS Office applications and/or project management software tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with presentation and interpersonal skills, capable of informing, influencing, convincing, and persuading others.
• Willingness to travel if necessary (approximately 5% preferred).
• Proficient verbal and written skills in English.
