Senior Program Specialist, Building Automation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Effectively deliver and oversee projects within specified timelines and budgets while managing associated risks.

• Indirectly supervise Honeywell personnel and subcontractors involved in project execution.

• Ensure successful delivery of projects to clients on schedule, within defined scope, and budget constraints.

• Work collaboratively with Sales, Engineering, and Program Management teams to enhance customer satisfaction and foster additional business opportunities.

• Take ownership of project financial outcomes and track actual expenditures against the budget.

• Regularly update cost-to-complete estimates and provide precise commercial forecasts and reports.

• Guarantee that necessary project tools, equipment, and materials are available.

• Implement and adhere to project delivery processes that enhance productivity.

• Lead project teams in embracing and following policies, procedures, and industry best practices.

• Manage customer delivery expectations effectively.

• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and address any issues that arise.

• Analyze customer feedback and take proactive measures accordingly.

• Conduct regular reviews of project progress with customers and stakeholders.

• Ensure the safety of engineering teams and subcontractors by adhering to health and safety protocols.

• Experience in both construction sites and operational environments.

• Proven track record in project delivery within the built environment.

• Strong understanding of financial processes, including revenue recognition and cost management.

• Supervisory experience with a demonstrated capacity to lead a virtual team.

• Ability to interpret project-level financial data and determine necessary actions based on variances.

• Skilled in analyzing operational challenges from various sources and identifying trends and cause-effect relationships.

• Strong decision-making and execution capabilities.

• Proven history of successfully delivering Fire, Security, BMS, HVAC, or Integration projects.
