Senior Program Manager, PMO - Enterprise

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Build a cohesive team across Fiber by ensuring that cross-functional groups collaborate effectively towards shared objectives.

• Collaborate on initiatives that span multiple products and teams with cross-functional team members.

• Enhance and develop projects from conception, through development and training, to testing and full-scale market introductions.

• Implement complex projects aimed at providing internet access to individuals.

• Manage several interrelated projects of moderate to high complexity, with significant customer impact and scope.

• Deliver weekly project updates to both organizational and executive leadership.

• Facilitate project delivery, foster consensus, and challenge proposals when necessary.

• Supervise system readiness testing (SRT) and market readiness testing (MRT).

• Anticipate potential obstacles and creatively resolve or escalate them as needed.

• Generate executive reports adhering to required templates and timelines.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

• A minimum of 10 years in project management, product management, operations, or consulting.

• Proven experience in presenting to executives and managing detailed aspects with subject matter experts.

• Direct experience in creating multiple program project plans at the same time.

• Active management of program risks, action items, issues, dependencies, and decision logs.

• Preferred: Over 5 years of experience in the telecommunications sector.

• Preferred: MBA, Bachelor's degree, or PMP Certification.

• Preferred: Experience in deploying data and/or communications products to commercial or consumer markets.

• Preferred: Experience in tracking successful processes and facilitating cross-functional process redesign sessions.
